As I have been cleaning my room getting ready for this semester, I found a sheet of paper from a meeting last semester. I didn’t make it to the meeting, but my friend gave me the handout. I’m sure these things are credited to someone, I just don’t know who. But it was a good reminder for me and it coincides well with what some of you have been learning in [Ecclesiastes](http://www.one28ministries.org/2007/12/23/act-now-before-its-too-late/).
1. Set Meditation Moments (Joshua 1:7-9; Psalm 1:1-2: Col. 3:1-3)
2. Be Faithful to Responsibilities (Matthew 25:20-22)
3. Be All There (Ps. 115:11; Prov. 3:5; James 4:14-16; Rom. 11:36)
4. Breath the Atmosphere of Prayer (1 Thess. 5:17; Prov. 16:3)
5. Eat and Sleep (Ps. 127; 1 Cor. 6:18-20; Ecc. 5:18-20)
6. Serve Out of Your Weakness (1 Cor. 4; 2 Cor. 12:7-10; Phil. 2:19-30)
7. Consider Comfort (Jer. 10; 2 Cor. 4:18; Rom. 1:21-25; James 1:16-17; Ps. 18:1-2)
8. Be Quick to Repent and Ask for Forgiveness (James 4:1-7; Matt. 5:23-24; Col. 3:13)
9. Avoid Analyzing When Anxious (Phil. 4:6; Matt. 6:25-34)
10. Breaks Are A Blessing Not a Finish Line (2 Pet. 1:5-11; Phil. 3:12-14; 4:11; Ecc. 3:1-15)
