flexing the golden pipes
Last week, I had the opportunity to sing with The Master’s Seminary to open The Shepherd’s Conference. It was great to sing choral music again. It’s been a while.

The conference overall was a great experience. My dad and Dave Tuttle were able to stay with me at the apartment and we commuted with the other FBC elders everyday, which was a hour each way. I also had the privilege of meeting up with the one28 guys. So the week was a great relational week as well as an instructional week.
The sermons were incredible and hit me in a new way than past SC messages have. I think this mainly because I’m in a new ministry position this year. I learning the need to be completely dependent on Christ for everything. It’s like a friend said, “All I have is need.”
P.S. If you are wondering about the title, check this out.

Micah, It was great to see you and watch you up there singing. We are excited to see what God does through you as you follow Him and live out your complete dependency on a day to day basis. Love large, as you have been known to do. Living large is one thing, loving large is quite another. I like the orange tie:)
Haha, not only was I going to say great tie, I see that Chuck already mentioned it. I don’t know Chuck other than the fact that he too has a knack for wearing the best neckties to be found around TMC when he’s up here = )
Dan, different Chuck, but he too sports the ties.
